What are the delivery rates?
The shipping costs are based on the total amount of the order and the destination.
Mademoiselle O works in partnership with UPS.
The products are delivered from Italy.
Prices and shipping costs are quoted in Euros and are calculated based on the customer profile, the total amount of the order and the country of delivery. They follow the following
European Union countries
– Private clients :
20 € for any order under 500 € / free for any minimum order of 500 €.
– Professional dealers:
30 € for any order less than 2000 € / free for any minimum order of 2000 €.
Outside European Union countries
– Private clients :
30 € for any order under 1000 € / free for any minimum order of 1000 €.
– Professional dealers:
20 € for any order between 0 and 1000 €
30 € for all orders between 1000 € and 2000 €
Free for orders over 2000 €
European countries include the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France,Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands,Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania , United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales),
Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times are approximately 8 working days on average. Due to the on-demand
manufacture of products and their artisanal supervision, these times are likely to vary. In anycase, the delivery time of the products will not exceed three weeks from the receipt by the Customer of the confirmation of his order, except in case of force majeure or exceptional case, in which case the customer will be informed by e-mail previously.
Does Mademoiselle O deliver abroad, outside the European Union?
Mademoiselle O delivers all over the world thanks to UPS. For any specific question and delivery outside Italy and Metropolitan France, please contact our customer service by email:

For any delivery outside Italy and France, any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
2 Precautions to take :
The Customer must carefully complete all the fields of the delivery form, including hisdelivery address and a telephone number, at the time of the order. Neither Mademoiselle Onor the company UPS can be held responsible for a delivery failure due to inaccuracy or error in the delivery address.
Can I change my mind after confirming my order?
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal, without giving reasons, to return a work within 14 days after the confirmation of
order. This right does not apply to orders placed by companies that are professional dealers.

What is the delay to return the product?
For any order on the website, in addition to the legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the confirmation of your order, the customer has 7 days from the receipt of the order to change his mind and return the order in its original packaging.
The Customer must contact Mademoiselle O’s customer service as soon as possible in order to respect this deadline. The customer service will connect the customer with UPS to recover the product. A withdrawal form to fill out will be sent by email.

What is the repayment term?
We will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of the items you have returned to us, indicating that the refund has been validated.
If the returned product is in its original state of origin, the refund period is 30 days maximum from the date of receipt of the product by Mademoiselle O. The refund will be made by bank 3 transfer to the account used to the payment or the Paypal account. Mademoiselle O will refund the price of the returned items.
The initial shipping costs will be at your expense. They will only be refunded if the product is returned in its original packaging and in case of defective product or hidden defect.
Note that the refund may take up to 30 days to appear on your bank statement.

I want to return a defective product, how to do?
From the date of receipt of your package, you have 7 days to return the product(s).
Please contact our customer service department by email: email@example.com or by phone+39 045 6938437 or +33 (0) 661 825287 (9.30am-6.30pm, Monday to Friday). A withdrawal form to fill out will be sent by email.
You must print this form previously filled out and return your items to the address indicated on the document.
The return is made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs will be free only in the case of a return of defective product or with a hidden defect.
The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition. In case of deterioration of the packaging or product, Mademoiselle O may refuse the return, replacement or refund because the product can no longer be considered new.
